1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using AI Race, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

2. About the service

AI Race is a news and rankings site about artificial intelligence and robotics. We follow the global news flow every day, select stories, rewrite them in our own words and always credit the original sources at the end of each article. Rankings are computed from public data published by model providers and independent benchmarks.

Our editorial process uses automated tools to summarize and draft, followed by review before publishing. Even so, content may contain errors — see section 5.

The service is free. AI Race does not require an account, charges no fees and sells nothing on the website.

3. Content copyright

AI Race's editorial content, rankings, illustrations and source code belong to AI Race. You may:

• read, share links, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original article;
• use the content for personal, educational or non-commercial research purposes.

Without our written consent, you may not:

• republish full articles on other platforms;
• use the content for commercial purposes;
• scrape data automatically at a scale that affects our systems, or ignore our robots.txt.

Rights to the original reporting belong to the respective news outlets and authors. If you own a piece of content and believe AI Race has used it improperly, write to us — see section 8; we will review it and remove or correct it where needed.

4. Third-party content and channels

Articles may contain outbound links or embed content from other platforms (such as YouTube and TikTok). AI Race does not control and is not responsible for their content, terms or data practices.

AI Race also republishes its content as short videos on its official social media channels. When you watch there, you are also bound by that platform's terms.

5. Limitation of liability

Content on AI Race is for general information. We aim to be accurate and to credit sources fully, but we do not guarantee that content is always correct, complete or up to date — tech news moves fast, and sources can be wrong too.

In particular, rankings, scores and articles about companies are not investment, legal or technical advice. You are responsible for any decision you make based on information here.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the website will run continuously, without errors or interruptions.

6. Prohibited conduct

• interfering with, scanning, attacking or overloading the system;
• accessing the admin area without authorization;
• using AI Race to distribute content that violates Vietnamese law.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. A new version takes effect when it is posted on this page, with the update date at the top. Continuing to use the website after that means you accept the new version.
